The Balance Room

At The Balance Room, we’re committed to providing a seamless and enjoyable experience for every client. Please review our refund policy below before making a purchase.

Class Bookings

All class bookings are non-refundable. However, we understand that plans can change.

  • Classes may be rescheduled or canceled up to 12 hours in advance without penalty.

  • Late cancellations or missed classes (“no-shows”) will result in the loss of that session.

Memberships (Digital & Studio)

Membership fees are non-refundable once billed.

  • You may cancel your membership at any time to prevent future charges.

  • Access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

Packages & Class Packs

Class packages are non-refundable and must be used within the stated validity period.

  • Unused classes will expire after the designated timeframe.

  • Packages are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

Workshops & Special Events

Due to limited availability, all workshop and event purchases are final sale.

  • If you’re unable to attend, you may request to transfer your spot to another person (subject to approval).

Private Sessions

Private sessions require advance booking and are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.

  • Late cancellations or missed sessions will be forfeited.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations happen. Refunds or credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
