The Balance Room
At The Balance Room, we’re committed to providing a seamless and enjoyable experience for every client. Please review our refund policy below before making a purchase.
Class Bookings
All class bookings are non-refundable. However, we understand that plans can change.
Classes may be rescheduled or canceled up to 12 hours in advance without penalty.
Late cancellations or missed classes (“no-shows”) will result in the loss of that session.
Memberships (Digital & Studio)
Membership fees are non-refundable once billed.
You may cancel your membership at any time to prevent future charges.
Access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
Packages & Class Packs
Class packages are non-refundable and must be used within the stated validity period.
Unused classes will expire after the designated timeframe.
Packages are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
Workshops & Special Events
Due to limited availability, all workshop and event purchases are final sale.
If you’re unable to attend, you may request to transfer your spot to another person (subject to approval).
Private Sessions
Private sessions require advance booking and are non-refundable.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.
Late cancellations or missed sessions will be forfeited.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations happen. Refunds or credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
